After starting her career in finance, Kait Stephens went to Harvard Business School, where she met her co-founder Zack Morrison.
Talking to ecommerce business owners, they realized that D2C brands like owning a direct relationship with their customer, but lose that connection when they go omnichannel.
They started Brij to help these brands identify and engage with their non-D2C customers.
