What's the backstory?
Founder Wiley Jones worked in manufacturing in China, witnessing firsthand how even top contract manufacturers struggled with the limitations of their rigid and cumbersome software systems.
Jones partnered with Arnav Mishra, a co-founder with an extensive software engineering background who had similar frustrations with existing ERPs.
The company’s initial insight was sparked by seeing early GPT models' potential to simplify complex business process management.
In 2023, Doss raised a $5.3M seed round and now powers from mid-market CPG brands to industrial manufacturers.
