Fuse Inventory is a supply planning platform with built-in MRP capabilities that helps mid-market consumer brands manage complex inventory needs, from raw materials planning and forecasting through to warehouse receipt.
Founder Rachel Liaw started her career as a software developer working on natural language processing and LLMs.
Rachel began her supply chain journey as a warehouse intern at Kiwi Crate, working her way up to manager, learning warehouse optimization, fulfillment, forecasting, and planning along the way
She then founded Parasol Co, a consumer brand making baby products including diapers and wipes, where she created her own inventory system to handle specialized product bundles
Realizing other innovative brands could benefit from similar systems, teamed up with Bridget Vuong, whom she had met during a study abroad program in Japan to start Fuse.
