Inco Talent is a US- and UK-based recruiting firm that specializes in senior ops talent for high-growth consumer brands.

• In 2018, Ali Marshall left his corporate recruiting job to establish a freestanding supply chain division within Brookwood Recruitment, a boutique recruitment business with presence in the UK, UAE & USA.

• Initially focused on UK market, he built a team to find top ops talent for 3PLs, retailers, e-commerce, and CPG brands.

• While doing this, he realized that the traditional monetization model in recruiting — a salary-based upfront fee — doesn't work for fast-growing, cash-strapped startups who were trying to hire multiple senior execs all at once.

• To address this, they developed a new offering called Talent-as-a-Service (see below).

• In 2022, Inco Talent was created as a spin-out from Brookwood, specifically focused on high-growth ecommerce operations hiring and specializing in Talent-as-a-Service.

• They are now rapidly expanding into the US market, with an East Coast HQ in Miami.
