Izba
TL;DR
A specialized consulting firm that helps high-growth brands hit the supply chain and profitability metrics needed for exit, as well as integrating supply chains after M&A transactions.
What's the backstory?
In 2016, Aaron Alpeter was working in Operational Excelence at Unilever when he was introduced to the founders of Hubble Contacts. They established a need for supply chain expertise, and Aaron ended up joining them as COO.
One job led to another, and in 2018 Aaron established Izba to build out a team and help more companies follow his operational playbook.
Izba has now served dozens of growth-stage brands like The Farmer's Dog, The Flex Co, Mirror, Andie, and Coterie.
They've also assisted many large enterprises, like Mars and Unilever, in the process of integrating acquisitions into their portfolios.
