• Founded in 2016 by Rodney Moreh who previously led operations for BAMKO, a global sourcing agency specializing in promotional products

• At BAMKO, Rodney helped develop their retail packaging and retail goods division, which grew to become about a third of the company in just two years

• Rodney moved to Guangzhou, China to restructure strategy for BAMKO operations there, then returned to LA to head up operations at headquarters

• After BAMKO was sold, Rodney felt his growth was capped and decided to leave to start his own ventures

• He simultaneously founded two companies: SourceM (his primary focus) and ImportTect (a service to block import data from aggregators)
