What's the backstory?

  • Founder Leon Hergert has a background in information systems from Tech University of Munich. He first encountered supply chain optimization during an internship at Lufthansa in Beijing.

  • After seeing similar inventory planning challenges across different industries (e.g. aviation and e-commerce logistics), Leon met his co-founders during his master's degree and started exploring the problem together.

  • The team began with prototypes and user conversations while studying, then went full-time in August 2023 and was accepted into Y Combinator's summer batch in 2024.
