StartOps is a curated community. Here's who we're looking for.

Who we accept

✓Senior roles — Director, VP, SVP, COO, or CEO overseeing production, supply chain, customer experience, finance, or related functions
✓Midmarket companies — Digital-native omnichannel consumer brands, approximately $10M to $1B in revenue
✓Brand-side operators — Actively holding a full-time seat, or spending 20+ hours/week seeking a full-time role
✓US-focused — You don't have to be US-based, but most of the chat is about US operations

Who is typically not a fit

—Full-time consultants and fractional leaders — If consulting or fractional work is your primary role (30+ hours/week), we'd ask you to apply as a partner instead. Ad hoc consulting alongside a full-time seat is totally fine.
—Vendors and service providers — We keep the community vendor-free so members can have open, peer-to-peer conversations
—Individual contributors — Our discussions tend to be geared toward leadership-level challenges

Applications are reviewed within 1-2 weeks. The best way to join is through a referral from an existing member, but we welcome direct applications too.
